I had a great time at winter weekend. The trip down, even though the traveling was terrible, was fun because of the great time I had talking to the two guys who went with me. Then to see all the teens down there that I already know and have relationships with. There were some great talks!
One of the best elements of the weekend for me was the teaching that we sat under. Jonathan Twitchell was our speaker and he did a great job challenging us from the Word of God. As a pastor, I don't always get fed by others very often, and I found that sitting under Jonathan's teaching this weekend gave me a real shot in the arm. It was refreshing and invigorating.
I was sorry to have to leave early to come home, but I got what I needed. Praise God for his goodness in supplying our needs!
