So we made the announcement on Sunday. We are forming a pulpit committee to evaluate a candidate who has come to our attention for the position of Associate Pastor.
It is a powerful thing to watch God's church seek His will. The biggest need we will have through this process is prayer. We need the church to devote much time to prayer in the question of whether God is bringing this man to us. This is God's church and only He can guide us with sufficient wisdom.
